Meet Ned Bellavance

Hi! I’m Ned! I’m an IT professional with more than 20 years of experience in the field. I’ve been a helpdesk operator, systems administrator, cloud architect, and product manager. In my newest incarnation, I am the Founder of Ned in the Cloud LLC. I develop courses for Pluralsight, run multiple podcasts, write books, and create original content for technology vendors.

I’m a Microsoft MVP since 2017 and a HashiCorp Ambassador since 2020.

I’ve always loved sharing knowledge, tinkering with technology, and educating others. Being an author for Pluralsight allows me to engage with my passions and reach a broad audience of learners. I also create custom training content for private companies.

The technology industry is constantly evolving, and it’s challenging to keep up with the newest trends and products. In my role as an analyst for GigaOm and a frequent Tech Field Day delegate, I get to learn what’s next straight from the vendor’s mouth.

Content Creator

When I was a kid, I used to make my own home movies and sketch comedy. The drive to create has never left me, even as the focus shifted from superheroes to technology. Now I create videos on YouTube, record podcasts like Day Two Cloud, and write posts for Ned in the Cloud.

Ned in the Cloud Pluralsight FAQ

Yes. There are trial memberships available to take as many courses as you want over the trial 14-day period.

No. Pluralsight is a subscription service. You can sign up and watch as many courses as you want, but once you cancel your subscription you will lose access to my courses.

I have built up a great relationship with the folks at Pluralsight, and I truly believe they have a superior platform. I have no plans to compromise that by publishing elsewhere.
